Silicon Rubber Insulated HV Wiring Cord
The items are designed for HV of TV receivers line output transformers, for connecting HV silicon rectistack to HV poles of picture tube, and for HV wiring and signal receiving in other electronic appliances and instruments, permitted permanent working.
Temperature for the cords is 180℃.

■ Main performance
1. Insulation resistance of finished cords is not less than 500 MΩ·km after being immersed in water at 20℃ for 3h.
2. Finished cords shall withstand 5 min DC HV test as specified in the following chart while immersed in water at an ambient temperature without breaking down.

3. Heat Resistance Test: No splitting while being wound after exposed to +200℃ for 96h.
4. Cold Resistance Test: No crack while being wound after exposed to -60℃ for 2h.
5. Solvent resistance Test: No splitting, breaking or stickiness of insulation while being wound after being dried first at +135℃ for 5h, then immersed in insullac of high intensity at +50℃ for 30 min, taken out and wiped dry, and dried at 135℃ for 48h.
